Patient is a 32 year old mother of 2 children. She reports always having small breasts with an additional decrease of breast size after pregnancy. Patient desires the larger breasts she had during pregnancy.

Reason for Surgery: Historically small breast and reduction in size due to pregnancy.
Age: 32
Height: 5'6”
Weight: 120 lbs
Implant: 360 cc Saline Round filled to 390cc
Placement: Submuscular
Incision: Transaxillary (underarm)
