Peri-Areolar Lift with Augmentation - Female - 36

This patient is from Westchase, FL and is a 36 year old woman who developed significant loss of breast volume after pregnancy.  She also has ptosis (droopiness) of the breasts.

To address both the droopiness and loss of breast tissue, the best surgical option is a peri-areolar mastopexy combined with breast augmentation.  The mastopexy (breast lift) and augmentation would be done through a peri-areolar incision to minimize scar on the breast.

A moderate plus profile gel implant of 400 cc was used for both breasts for the breast augmentation.

This patient was extremely happy with her results.  She even stated that she really enjoyed her family vacation at Clearwater Beach this year as she felt much more comfortable in a swimsuit.
